GOMS - GO Management System
DAWA created a custom software system, referred to as GOMS, to manage work requests, operations activity, field tickets, and employee information to automate company operations and administrative functions. Over time, the system continues to expand and automate more business processes and integrate with other software platforms including accounting software and time management applications.
